911 COVID TESTING provides FDA-authorized COVID-19 testing services. Results are provided for the individual tested and should not be interpreted as medical advice; consult a licensed physician for clinical decisions.
Appointments {{BODY}}amp; cancellations
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before your booked time without charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a no-show fee depending on the service.
Payment
We bill insurance where applicable. Self-pay rates are published online and confirmed at booking. Payment is due at the time of service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific test in question.
